Utility Billing

In March 2020, the City of Hutto suspended late fees and disconnections for non-payments of utility services to assist residents and businesses experiencing financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Normal billing for utility services, including the assessment of late fees and disconnections for non-payments, resumed January 1, 2021. Late fees will only apply to bills that are past-due beginning January 1, 2021.

As our community continues to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, we urge customers experiencing financial hardship to contact us at 512-759-4055 so we can work together to find a payment plan and assistance options. The City has taken steps to ensure customers experiencing financial hardships get immediate utility bill help.
