11th Annual Egg Hunt

The City of Hutto Parks & Recreation Department will host its the Annual Egg Hunt at Fritz Park, Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 9:00 - 10:15 AM.

1st Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Children of all ages from all over Hutto and neighboring communities come out to greet the Easter Bunny and Hutto Hippo and hunt for goodies on the hill at Fritz Park. 

Prize eggs are hidden for hunters to find and turn in to claim a prize. Hunts are split into age groups: 0-3,4-6, 7-8, and 9-10, and a special Adaptive Hunt. New this year we will also feature an Adult Egg Hunt for folks 18 and older.

This year’s event will begin at 9 am with opportunities to have your photo taken with the Easter Bunny, guess the number of jelly beans, and purchase a snack.

The annual event will be a rain or shine event so please be prepared for the weather.
We also ask that you leave your pets at home during this event.

Age Division Times are as follows:

9:00 am    The Easter Bunny & Friends arrive at Fritz Park!

9:15 am    The 0-3* year-olds will hunt their eggs!

9:30 am    NEW - Adults (18 years & older)

9:45 am    The 4-6 year-olds will hunt their eggs!
                  The Adaptive* Ages 0-21 will hunt their eggs!

10:00 am    The 7-8 year-olds will hunt their eggs!

10:15 am   The 9-10 year-olds will hunt their eggs!

*The 0-3 year-olds and the Adaptive Age groups are allowed only ONE parent or guardian to assist them while hunting eggs. Parents may be asked to leave the area if problems arise. We will have plenty of volunteers to assist each age group.
